FAQ

Get answers to frequently asked questions about membership, insurance, services, and how concierge care works.

Do you have any question?

Kind Concierge Care is built around you, not insurance requirements or rushed schedules. We offer same-day or next-day appointments, direct access to your doctor by phone, text, or email, and longer visits that allow time to focus on prevention, wellness, and long-term health—not just quick fixes.

Our membership is a simple monthly fee based on age. It includes comprehensive primary care services such as your annual wellness exam, extended visits, direct access to your physician, and coordination of your care when needed.

For current pricing, please contact our office.

While Kind Concierge Care does not bill insurance, we recommend maintaining coverage for services outside our practice, such as specialist visits, imaging, and hospital care. A lot of our patients do not have insurance, and self-pay and/or use a health savings account.

Insurance and Medicare do not cover the membership fee. However, some patients are able to use HSA or FSA funds—check with your tax advisor or plan provider to confirm eligibility.

In addition to primary care, we provide services designed to support overall health and wellness. These may include nutritional guidance, weight loss support, body composition analysis, and access to high-quality supplements when appropriate.

At this time, we do not offer in-office blood draws. We do however have discounted lab rates at facilities like Quest and LabCorp.

Our team will serve as either the admitting team or we will work closely with your admitting team to coordinate care and advocate. Any time a patient is hospitalized, we help to manage the stay. Our provider is on staff at all Baptist Hospitals. Bills accrued during a hospital stay are the sole responsibility of the patient.

Yes. We use a secure, HIPAA-compliant patient portal that allows you to view results, request refills, and communicate with your care team at any time.

In certain situations, house calls may be arranged at the physician’s discretion, particularly for patients who are unable to come into the office.

You’ll still have direct access to your doctor wherever you are. Many concerns can be handled remotely, prescriptions can be sent to a nearby pharmacy, and we can help coordinate care locally if needed.
